Difficulty : Medium
Serves : 4
Cooking Steps
- 1Put pasatta into a pan, add garlic, onions and italian seasoning
- 2Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 20 mins
- 3Cook your burger to your liking in your air fryer on the grill setting
- 4Whilst your pizza sauce is cooking add yoghurt, flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl then mix together
- 5Your dough may be really sticky or too dry - add more yoghurt or olive oil if too dry or flour if too wet
- 6Knead your dough on a floured surface until smooth - divide into 4 balls
- 7Roll out each ball into a circle (make sure you turn your dough frequently to stop it sticking or breaking), not too thick about the depth of a £1 coin
- 8In the middle of each circle put a burger then drizzle with your pizza sauce, if adding add peppers and onions, plenty of mozzarella cheese then wrap all ingredients like a bomb. Dress in olive oil mixed with dried garlic granules (this will depend how much garlic you like) and a pinch of Italian herbs
- 9Air Fry on 220 degree for 10 mins, turning after 5 mins
- 10No need to decide you have a burger in a pizza!!! You can add anything to these pizza bombs, your favourite pizza toppings, chilli con carne, nachos and cheese - let your imagination and tastebuds go wild!!!!
