  • 2 New York bagels
  • 4 rashes of bacon with fat removed
  • hash brown
  • Light cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salad
  • 4 lean sausages
  • Honey and mustard dressing or dressing of your choice

A New York bagel wrapped in bacon and filled with lean butchers sausage, crispy hash brown and runny poached egg

Cooking Steps

    Slice your bacon rashers in half lengthways then wrap the bagel around the bagel half, one half, wrap in with the bacon slices

    line your air fryer with baking paper or air fryer liner then add your hash brown, sausages, and the bagel half that has been wrapped in bacon air fry on 200 degrees until everything is golden and brown turning items as needed. For the last minute grill the bottom of the bagel covered in cheese

    Bring a frying pan of water to the boil and then add your eggs, with a spoon keep spooning the water over the eggs until cooked. Should only take about 2 mins for a runny egg

    Assemble: a slice of the unwrapped bagel half, fresh crisp salad, crispy hash brown, sausages finish with runny poached egg dressed in dressing of your choice then finished with the crispy bacon wrapped bagel
