This sauce can be watered down with milk to make a delicious soup for lunches or it can be used as it is on steak, chicken or vegetables – delicious either way!!!

Cooking Steps
- 1Chuck everything into the pan and cook for 30 mins - it's ready!!!!
- 2If you want to show off and flambe - add onion, garlic and sauté once the pan is really hot add the brandy swirl to heat the brandy slightly then light. Then you can add all the other ingredients
- 3If you want to turn this sauce into soup just blend and it is delicious or keep 1 half as it is and the other half blend then add more milk to loosen to look and taste more like soup
