Difficulty : Medium

Cooking Steps
- 1Cut your piece of beef into cubes and put into your 12 in one air fryer or a pan
- 2Add bovril or oxo cubes, seasoning (I hold back on the salt due to the bovril having a high salt content and I use plenty of pepper) and cover the meat with water (when using the pressure cooker on your air fryer, you may have to put a little more water in to ensure it doesn't ask you to add more)
- 3Set air fryer to pressure cook on high and set time to 1 hour. If using a pan and hob, the meat will need to be cooked until tender and shredded
- 4Put your air fryer to high simmer (using a pan make sure your meat is bubbling).
- 5Put your Bisto powder into a cup and fill 1/2 way with freezing cold water (this is so important!) stir to dissolve
- 6Your meat has to be bubbling at this point and you must have a spoon at the ready! Tip the Bisto into the meat and stir continuously until the meat bubbles again, after 5 mins you can turn the meat off
- 7Time to make the pastry!!!
- 8Using a processor (you can do this be hand) add the flour and the suet and combine, add salt to taste then turn the processor and start adding freezing cold water until the mixture is combined, if it's too wet add more flour, if too dry add more water
- 9Roll out until as thin as a 20p piece, line your pie dishes with the pastry, fill and top with more pastry
- 10Put water 300ml of water into your air fryer or put your puddings into a pan and pour in boiling water upto 3 quarters of a way up your puddings and simmer. If using your air fryer steamer set to 40mins, the pan method will take 1 hour 30mins
- 11Serve with air fryer chips, mushy peas and gravy - yummy!!!!
