Cooking Steps
- 1Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, white chocolate can be temperamental so keep stirring between each burst
- 2add cream cheese, angel delight, milk or cream and white chocolate, baileys if using to a bowl and whisk, either by hand or with hand held whisk until smooth
- 3Crush your digestives either in a plastic bag by bashing with a rolling pin or in a processor to create a smooth crumb
- 4Add your butter, syrup to a pan and on a low heat melt, take off the heat then tip in the crushed digestives and mix with wooden spoon until combined
- 5Press the digestives into a small square or round tin until flat and smooth
- 6Top with your Angel delight mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or put in the freezer for 15 mins
- 7Ready to eat and indulge you can decorate with sprinkles for children or just for fun!
