  • 4 chicken breasts cut into slices
  • 1 green and 1 red pepper
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 1tbsp of cumin
  • 1 tbsp of coriander
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic or 2 tsp of lazy garlic
  • 1 tea spoon of dried chilli
  • 1 tbsp of italian seasoning
  • a bag of cheese (light or full fat)
  • a bag of crunchy nachos
  • 4 tortillas
  • Sour cream, guacamole and chilli sauce optional
  • Freshly chopped salad

Cooking Steps

    Chop your chicken, peppers and onions put in a roasting bag
  • 2
    Add all herbs, garlic, spices Tie the top of the bag and massage the bag to manipulate flavours
  • 3
    Pre-heat your air fryer on roast 190 degrees then cook the chicken in the bag for 20mins
  • 4
    Put a 1/4 of the cooked chicken into the middle of a tortilla top with your desired cheese, nachos then fold over and seal with some water to create a parcel

    Put back into the air fryer for 5 mins or until crisp
  • 6
    Serve with fresh crisp salad, guacamole, sour cream and chilli sauce
