Cooking Steps
- 1Chop your chicken, peppers and onions put in a roasting bag
- 2Add all herbs, garlic, spices Tie the top of the bag and massage the bag to manipulate flavours
- 3Pre-heat your air fryer on roast 190 degrees then cook the chicken in the bag for 20mins
- 4Put a 1/4 of the cooked chicken into the middle of a tortilla top with your desired cheese, nachos then fold over and seal with some water to create a parcel
- 5Put back into the air fryer for 5 mins or until crisp
- 6Serve with fresh crisp salad, guacamole, sour cream and chilli sauce
- 7Dig into a taste of Mexico without any effort at all!!!!!
