Tip – You can use anything in your store cupboard to coat these goujons – crushed cornflakes, crushed crisps, crushed crackers or nachos. Everyone of these coatings add a new twist to your chicken goujons!!!.

Cooking Steps
- 1Mix breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, mixed herbs , salt and pepper to taste in a bowl
- 2put your seasoned flour into a bowl
- 3Dip your. chicken goujons individually into the flour then the egg then toss and turn in your breadcrumbs until fully coated - try to use one hand for the wet ingredients and one for the wet then you will not get full of the mixture! as you go pop them on a plate
- 4Line your air fryer with baking paper or an air fryer liner and pop your chicken breast goujons onto the paper trying not to overcrowd your air fryer then air fry for between 15 minutes and 20 minutes turning 1/2 way through. You will know they are cooked once golden however, I always do the cut check to see if they are cooked all way through
- 5served on a wrap with freshly cut salad and sauce of your choice or just as chicken dippers they are juicy and delicious
