  • 1tbsp of CUMIN
  • 1 tbsp of CORIANDER
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic or 2 tsp of lazy garlic
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PATAKS TANDOORI PASTE
  • 1 TEASPOON OF RED FOOD COLOURING
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS
  • WHISKED EGG
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF ANY FLOUR
  • 1 TABLE SPOON OF GARAM MASALA
  • SALAD TO SERVE

Cooking Steps

    Remove the stalk of the mushroom

    Put your beef in a bowl with onion, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin and paste mix to ensure all the ingredients are incorporated

    stuff the beef mixture into the cap of the mushrooms

    Put your breadcrumbs into one dish mixed with garam masala, flour in another and whisked egg in another
  • 5
    Coat your mushroom in flour, then egg and then the breadcrumbs until completely coated

    Pre- heat air fryer on 200 then add mushrooms and cook for 15 mins

    Serve with fresh crisp salad and cucumber and mint salad
