Cooking Steps
- 1Remove the stalk of the mushroom
- 2Put your beef in a bowl with onion, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin and paste mix to ensure all the ingredients are incorporated
- 3stuff the beef mixture into the cap of the mushrooms
- 4Put your breadcrumbs into one dish mixed with garam masala, flour in another and whisked egg in another
- 5Coat your mushroom in flour, then egg and then the breadcrumbs until completely coated
- 6Pre- heat air fryer on 200 then add mushrooms and cook for 15 mins
- 7Serve with fresh crisp salad and cucumber and mint salad
