Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber chopped into small cubes
  • 1 red onion cut into small cubes
  • 4 tomatoes roughly chopped into small dices
  • 1 tbsp on mint sauce
  • 1 tsp of italian seasoning or freshly chopped parsley

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, adding the mint sauce to taste preference, you can add chopped chilli if you want a little heat

    Serve on kebabs, tandoori salads anything at all, it is so simple but a deliciously tasty accompaniment to any dish
