Cooking Steps
- 1Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix, you can add a teaspoon of red food colouring at this point for a vibrant colour but it is optional!
- 2Lightly grease a loaf tin (that fits in your air fryer) then line it with baking paper or roll your meat into a thick sausage and wrap in cling film - put in freezer for 15 mins
- 3If using the loaf tin just pop in air fryer for 20mins on 180 degrees, if using the sausage either skewer with a wooden skewer and put on a baking tray cook in the oven for 40mins on 200 degrees
- 4Slice into thin slices
- 5Serve in garlic flatbreads with fresh crisp salad and cucumber, onion and tomato chutney and a splash of garlic mayo and chilli sauce
