Cooking Steps
- 1Dry fry your onions and kidney beans
- 2Add all your dry spices for your burger, empty into a bowl and add your mashed potato then mix to incorporate all you spices and beans
- 3Put your breadcrumbs in one bowl, whisked egg in another and flour in another dish
- 4season your flour with 1 tbsp of garam masala
- 5shape your mashed potato and bean mix into 4 burgers, I find rolling it into a ball in your hands then squashing into a burger
- 6coat each burger in flour, then egg and then bread crumbs - refrigerate for 30 mins to set solid
- 7Now for your vegetable crunchy pakora topping!!
- 8put your chopped vegetables in a bowl, all your spices, chick pea flour toss add 2 tbsp of water to create a batter mix with your hands and form into bowls
- 9put in air fryer with your burger and air fry until golden and crisp about 15 mins, turning halfway through
- 10load into a burger bun with fresh crisp salad, yoghurt and mint sauce and a shot of chilli - yummy
