Your freezer becomes your best friend!
- Buy freezer bags: choose either disposable or if you want to look after the planet you can use re-useable bags but always make sure they are completely dry before you use as otherwise it will stick to the freezer
- Label each bag: use a chalk marker or a sharpie pen. This way you know what is in each bag and you don’t end up with UFO’s lurking in your freezer.
- Your food should be fully cooled before freezing!!!
- Don’t forget to take out your food the night before – a good tip is to set an alarm on your phone the night before so that you remember to take out your planned meal for the next day to defrost.
