Cooking Steps
- 1Put all the ingredients for the flatbreads in a bowl add a good pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Using a fork mix all the ingredients together to form a dough, add olive oil if needed to bring it together until you have a soft manageable dough
- 2Tip the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1 minute until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions for flatbreads or 3 for low fat pizza dough. Dust the work surface again with a little extra flour, then roll each portion into a circle 5mm thick, this will ensure a nice pillowy flatbread however, if you go thinner your flatbread will be deliciously crisp. Note when rolling, keep moving ad turning your dough to stop the dough from tearing, if your dough is sticking to the rolling pin sprinkle with more flour
- 3Mix the garlic and olive oil, brush each flatbread with the garlic olive oil. If you are using as a pizza add your favourite toppings
- 4Set your air fryer to 200 degrees then add your flatbread, will take about 5 mins to become golden however, each air fryer will cook at different times. Just keep checking them and you will know when they are ready for you
