Cooking Steps
- 1Chop your chicken into slithers and add to roasting bag
- 2Add all herbs, garlic, spices, food colouring (if using) and yoghurt. Tie the top of the bag and massage the bag to manipulate flavours - leave in fridge for 2 hours preferably overnight
- 3Pre-heat your air fryer on roast 190 degrees then cook the chicken in the bag for 20mins
- 4After 10 mins add your chips and cook your chips
- 5Prepare your breads with your salad and sauce
- 6When 5 mins left of cooking time add the sliced halloo, you can rub your halloumi with chilli oil but this is optional
- 7Once everything is cooked assemble your Gyroz in your choice of breads, first put your chips in, then load up with chicken and finish with a slice of halloumi
- 8Dig into a taste of the mediterranean - your family and friends will be amazed of how good these taste!
