Ingredients

  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp of mango chutney
  • juice of two limes or 2 tbsps of lime juice
  • 2 tbsp of coconut milk or if you don't want any waste, use a 1/4 of a block of coconut cream grated
  • 1 tbsp of garlic puree
  • 1 tsp of chilli powder (how much you use will depend on your palette and how spicy you like it) or fresh chilli
  • a bunch of fresh coriander or 1tbsp of ground coriander
  • 5 tbsp of frozen chopped mango
  • 5 tbsp of frozen peppers
  • chopped fresh salad
  • Ready made or homemade flatbreads
  • 1 roasting bag - can be bought from any £ store, bargain store or boxes
  • You can easily put all the ingredients into the roasting bag without defrosting the fish and freeze to use at a later date just bang in the air fryer once defrosted!

Top Tips

These are so easy to make, it only takes minutes to cook but delicious to eat!! Any fish or other meats can be used, I just used frozen fish fillets that were only £2.50 from Tesco and you got about 6 fillets in there and they were as delicious as any expensive varieties. Serve on homemade flatbreads with cucumber, tomato and onion chutney

Cooking Steps

    Defrost fish
  • 2
    add all the ingredients including the fish

    Put in air fryer on air fry for 7 mins, always check to make sure fish is cooked as each air fryer is different!

    Serve on warm flatbreads with salad, cucumber, tomato and red onion chutney, drizzle with the cooking sauce and drizzle with spicy mayo yum yum!!!!
